As an AEOI/Data Ops Senior Manager you will lead tax compliance work focused on validating client information, reviewing financial data, preparing filings, and guiding teams through complex tax regulations and reporting requirements within our Tax Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will use sound judgment, strategic thinking, and explicit communication to direct large efforts, coach diverse teams,



and bring structure to ambiguous situations while maintaining operational excellence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will draw on your tax compliance skills, leadership capability, and client support mindset to shape delivery, address issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Leading AEOI and data operations workstreams for tax compliance engagements, coordinating deliverables across client service teams and internal specialists
- Managing complex compliance processes by reviewing financial data, validating tax records, and organizing filings tied to reporting obligations
- Interpreting tax rules and reporting requirements to support accurate preparation of returns, submissions, and related documentation
- Driving issue resolution across data, process, and reporting workstreams by applying sound judgment and escalating risks when needed
