With an expanding footprint and ambitious growth plans, the organization is seeking a seasoned compliance leader to strengthen its regulatory, governance, and risk management framework.

Job Description
- Lead and oversee the company's enterprise-wide compliance framework.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, PMLA, KYC/AML, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
- Monitor regulatory developments and drive timely implementation of regulatory changes.
- Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to relevant authorities.

The Successful Applicant
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.




- Significant experience within Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or Governance functions.
- Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Financial Services organizations.
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements.
