• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.

• Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide clients toward relevant solutions.

• Manage the full cycle of customer service processes, ensuring high standards of communication and service delivery.





• Utilize strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Possess a sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert interactions into business opportunities.

• Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer queries and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach.

• Have practical experience or a solid aptitude for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.

• Be comfortable working within a voice process environment, including regular outbound and inbound calling.

• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills suitable for professional client engagement.

• Bring at least six months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
