You’ll make a difference by:
• Handling Statutory compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable legal and organizational requirements.

providing HR support and coordination for employees and business needs.
• Manage end-of-the-end intern separation process, ensuring timely completion of exit formalities and documentation.
• Provide audit support including documentation, data validation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle and administrative processes.
• Coordinate and support payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Support employee engagement initiatives contributing to employee experience and workplace.

Your success is grounded in
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist role. Should have handled 3000 employees.
• Good communicator since responsible for interacting with employees on HR topics.
• Knowledge of Payroll and Attendance.
• Knowledge on Expatriate Administration.
• Expert in MS Office.
