Role Description As a full-time Business Development Associate based on-site in Bengaluru, you will identify and pursue new growth opportunities for Bhanzu’s learning programs. You will conduct market research to understand customer segments, generate and qualify leads, and support outreach to schools, partners,



and parents. Your day-to-day work will include preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, coordinating demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion, and support strategic initiatives. This role requires proactive engagement, structured follow-ups, and ongoing relationship building with prospects and stakeholders.
