YuniQ is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead commercial contracting, legal negotiations, and corporate legal matters while partnering closely with our business, technology,
and leadership teams.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and software licensing agreements.
• Lead negotiations with enterprise customers, partners, and vendors.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, technology contracts, and corporate governance.
• Establish standardized contract templates, legal processes, and approval workflows.
