About
The Blue Owl Project is a video editing studio that produces content for coaches, creators and brands. We turn raw footage into Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn videos that post consistently and look sharp.

Responsibilities
You’ll edit short-form videos (30-90 seconds) for our clients. You’ll work from raw footage and a brief, and deliver clean, finished videos with captions, hooks and motion graphics, on a predictable weekly schedule. We value reliability and fast turnaround over fancy effects.

What you’ll do
• Edit 2-3 short-form videos a day to our quality standard
• Add captions, b-roll, transitions, sound design and basic motion graphics
• Follow client brand guidelines and apply feedback quickly
• Deliver on time, every time, and flag problems early




• Keep project files organised in our shared workflow

What we’re looking for
• 1+ years of editing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus)
• A positive eye for pacing, hooks and caption styling
• Clear communication in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in person [2-3] days a week in Delhi, Pune whenever required remotely the rest of the time.
