Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory HR Manager to manage the
complete HR and personnel function at our cooling tower manufacturing facility in Nuh,
Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for employee relations, industrial relations,
statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, training,
and overall factory HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing or engineering
industries, with the ability to manage shop-floor employees, contract labour,
supervisors, and management staff while ensuring smooth factory operations and
compliance with applicable labour laws.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of factory HR operations and manufacturing workforce
management.




• Sound understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial
relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving
skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and handle shop-floor employee issues
independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS, attendance systems, and payroll coordination.
• Strong coordination skills with Production, Accounts, EHS, Administration, and
senior management.
• Ability to work in a factory-based workplace and manage operational priorities.
Required Industry Experience
Candidates from the following industries will be required:
• Cooling Towers and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
• Steel, Automotive, EPC, and Process Equipment Manufacturing
