Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will identify and visit prospective customers, present Ikon Data System’s labeling, RFID,



and hardware solutions, and build long-term relationships with clients in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and related sectors. Responsibilities include lead generation, product demonstrations, preparing and negotiating quotations, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution proposals, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will maintain a structured sales pipeline, document customer interactions, and provide regular market feedback and reporting to management.
