Role Description
As a Legal Negotiator, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements related to OTC and listed derivatives, cleared financial products, and ancillary legal documentation. The role requires direct engagement with front office teams, internal stakeholders, and Deutsche Bank Group’s diverse client base. You will oversee the delivery of legal documentation, manage processes efficiently, and ensure high standards of client service.

About the Team
The Regional Office Legal team in Mumbai is a highly skilled team of legal professionals dedicated to providing specialized expertise in derivative documentation and transactional legal support. The team supports various businesses within Deutsche Bank Group, operating across the Asia-Pacific (APAC), European Union (EU), and United States (US) regions.
