Building an creative medical device company is hard. We’re determined to build one, and we’re looking for like-minded people to build it with us.

At Pacify, we’re developing an innovative approach to healing burn and trauma wounds faster through micrografting. We’re now moving from validated technology to hospital launch, institutional partnerships and funding rounds.

This is not a “shadow the founder and make slides” internship. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and own real workstreams from idea to execution.

What you’ll work on
? Strategy and market research: competitor matrices, market sizing, pricing, hospital dynamics
? Fundraising and grants: investor mapping, accelerator and scheme applications, pitch material
? Commercial development: clinician and hospital outreach, pilots, event preparation
? Execution: trackers, dashboards, follow-ups, meeting minutes
? 0-to-1 special projects, using AI tools to cut repetitive work

Who we’re looking for
✅ Currently enrolled or a recent graduate, with at least one solid internship or project
✅ High ownership:



you don’t wait to be told what to do
✅ Sharp research and clear, structured writing
✅ Comfortable with spreadsheets and decks, and fluent with AI tools
✅ Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
✅ Genuine interest in startups and healthcare innovation

Life sciences, biomedical, design, business or consulting backgrounds are welcome, but we’re open to all disciplines.
