Opportunity

As an Editorial Assistant, you will:





• Provide editorial and administrative support across all stages of the publishing process.

• Assist with project setup and maintain accurate product and content data within internal systems.

• Process, track, review, and manage content and metadata across multiple publishing platforms.

• Support contract administration, including issuing contracts, maintaining records, and responding to routine queries.

• Act as a key contact for authors, editors, reviewers, contributors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of queries.

• Process payment requests and complimentary access requests accurately and efficiently.

• Support departmental operations through reporting, document preparation, meeting coordination, and administrative activities.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Production, and Royalties to ensure smooth project delivery.
