About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to support a family office's multi-asset investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will conduct investment research, evaluate opportunities across multiple asset classes, and develop actionable investment recommendations tailored to the needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) and family offices.

This role requires solid financial and analytical capabilities, sound investment judgment, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve research efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Investment Research: Research and evaluate investment opportunities across listed equities, fixed income and debt instruments, REITs, InvITs, and structured products.
• Investment Recommendations: Translate research findings and investment ideas into clear, concise investment memos with actionable recommendations.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track existing portfolio holdings, assess investment performance, monitor risks, and identify key market developments and investment catalysts.




• Multi-Asset Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities based on risk-return profiles, market conditions, valuation, and portfolio objectives.
• AI-Enabled Research: Effectively use AI tools to accelerate research, investment screening, data analysis, and drafting while applying independent judgment to validate findings and conclusions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor relevant market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may affect investment decisions.
• Investment Support: Assist in evaluating new opportunities and providing research-backed insights to support portfolio allocation and investment decisions.

Required Qualifications
• CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent qualification, along with CFA Level III candidacy or higher — mandatory.
