A day in the life
The Asset Manager supports the performance and value of Prologis assets in India by connecting property-level activity with financial and portfolio objectives. The role works across leasing, property management, finance/accounting, capital projects and other internal stakeholders to ensure informed, timely decisions affecting the assets. The Asset Manager coordinates budgeting and performance review,



supports leasing and capital initiatives, and provides property and tenant information for transactions and business decisions. The role is expected to bring a disciplined, analytical approach to asset performance while enabling effective cross-functional execution.

Key responsibilities include:
• Monitor asset performance and identify actions that support financial, operational and portfolio objectives.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process for assigned assets and review property-level assumptions, forecasts and performance against plan.
• Partner with leasing stakeholders on active lease negotiations, leasing strategy and relevant property-level commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with property management teams and other partners on material operational matters affecting assigned assets.
• Support capital expenditure and tenant-improvement planning by reviewing business rationale, financial implications and
