Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operational integrity of our educational facilities in Tellapur. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will ensure that all campus infrastructure remains safe, functional, and conducive to learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the campus, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality work standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds,



and utilities to identify safety hazards, structural issues, or necessary repairs.

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, controlling costs while ensuring all necessary resources are available for facility upkeep.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in facility maintenance, with a specific focus on the education sector.

• Proven track record of supervising maintenance teams and managing complex facility operations in a large-scale environment.

• Robust technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
