Role Description The Life Planning Officer is a full-time role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial and life-stage needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions across protection, child education, retirement, savings and investment, and health plans.



The Life Planning Officer will prepare and present customized financial plans, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and follow up to ensure policy issuance and ongoing service. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for policy processing, staying updated on product features and regulatory guidelines, and participating in local marketing and customer outreach activities. The role requires consistent achievement of sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of ethics and customer care.
Qualifications
