We’re growing our Formulation R&D; team and looking for hands-on scientists who want to build products for regulated global markets.
About the Role
Join our Formulation R&D; (FRD) team to develop and scale up injectables, oral solids, semi-solids and other dosage forms, from pre-formulation through technology transfer.
What You’ll Do
• Develop oral solid dosage forms (tablets/capsules), injectables, semi-solids and other dosage forms as per project requirements
• Conduct literature searches and pre-formulation studies
• Operate lab-scale equipment: blenders, granulators, compression and coating machines
• Prepare development reports, protocols and technical documents
• Manage technology transfer to pilot and production scale
• Troubleshoot formulation and scale-up challenges
• Collaborate with Analytical, QA, QC, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For




• M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics or a relevant specialization
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation R&D; (injectables, solid orals or semi-solids)
• Exposure to USFDA / EU / ROW / India and other regulated markets (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of formulation development and scale-up in injectables and solid orals
• Proficiency in Positive Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements
