About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Program Counsellor to join our Global Certifications team. The role involves counselling prospective learners and driving enrolments for our professional certification programs across FinTech, Investment Banking, and Data Science for Finance.
Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students and working professionals through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand learner requirements, career goals, and recommend the most relevant certification program.
* Sell and promote programs across FinTech, Investment Banking, and Data Science for Finance.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment.
* Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into paid enrolments.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
* Handle queries related to course structure, fees, eligibility, career opportunities, and program benefits.
* Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Requirements

* 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, admissions, counselling, or EdTech sales.
* Experience in selling professional courses, certifications, upskilling programs, or financial/technology courses will be preferred.
* Robust communication and convincing skills.
* Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with leads.
* Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
