Role Description

• The Academic Coordinator (Grades 4 and 5) is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharadi, Pune, responsible for coordinating and strengthening academic delivery across the assigned grades.

• The role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting teachers in lesson planning,



and ensuring alignment with the school’s academic standards and learning objectives.

• The Academic Coordinator will collaborate with teachers to review assessment outcomes, monitor learner progress, identify learning gaps, and plan appropriate interventions to address diverse academic needs.

• Key responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, facilitating teacher collaboration, coordinating academic activities and enrichment programmes, and maintaining effective communication with parents and school leadership.
