As a Territory Manager, you will drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region within the medical device industry. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strategic accounts, and increasing adoption of innovative medical products and services. Working closely with regional sales leadership, healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, and distribution partners, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support product utilization. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and develop sales strategies that achieve ambitious quarterly and annual targets. Your role will also involve monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and providing valuable customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing hospitals, laboratories, healthcare providers, and other key customers to improve customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers and product users, converting new opportunities into active accounts and expanding the organization's market presence.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by implementing effective territory plans and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

• Manage and expand existing accounts by promoting additional products and services, increasing account penetration, and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
