Role Description
Travexpert Destinations is seeking a proactive and technically proficient IT & Digital Technology Consultant to manage and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, website, and digital media platforms. This full-time, in office role involves maintaining IT systems, implementing technology solutions, improving business processes, and overseeing the technical and operational aspects of the company’s digital presence.
The consultant will work closely with management, internal teams,



and external vendors to ensure reliable IT operations, optimize digital platforms, strengthen online visibility, and implement technology-driven solutions that support business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, software, hardware, and other IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage software installations, system updates, user access, backups, and data security.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.

2. Website & Digital Platform Management
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring functionality, performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Coordinate website updates, content changes, technical enhancements, and integrations with external developers
