Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Counsellor with at least 1 year of sales experience. Candidates with experience in digital marketing courses, education counselling, or the digital marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads on a daily basis to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and admission status.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Counsel prospective students and explain course details, advantages, and career opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare and maintain monthly admission reports and sales performance records.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or counselling.
- Candidates from the digital marketing industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage leads, maintain records, and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and focused on achieving results.
