Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site in Perundurai in a full time capacity, supporting the HR function for manufacturing and office staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance and attendance tracking. The role involves handling employee queries, supporting payroll inputs and benefits administration,
