The objective of the US Consumer Services Governance Reporting and Analytics team is to establish the Operational Risk and Controls reporting strategy for US Consumer Services, set up a foundational governance structure that ensures operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed in compliance with enterprise Operational Risk Management programs and reporting.
US Consumer Services is looking for an Analyst of Reporting and Analytics focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization.



It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.

Responsibilities
The Analyst, US Consumer Services Governance will:
• Support operational risk reporting and analytics functions for US Consumer Services business

• Assist in development of aggregate reporting to monitor the performance of risk management initiatives within BU

• Track issues with KRI limits and risk appetite for US Consumer Services to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds, and leverage these metrics to help detect concerning rises in emerging problems

• Identify trends, themes, insights that indicate emerging risks by analyzing data and trends and sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise
