Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve, review, and post daily Bank Statement accurately (Includes Incoming & Outgoing payments) from international bank accounts for multiple legal entities within timeline in SAP.

Also, download bank statement & manually post incoming & outgoing payments in SAP for international banks of Multiple legal entities.

Reconcile bank balances & explicit bank related general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of postings.

Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied postings related to incoming or outgoing bank statement positions.





Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies & customer reconciliations for short or overpayments.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash application reports.

Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and month-end posting activities.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and standard accounting policies in all financial activities.

As part of optimization and digitization in the area of accounts receivable, you will continuously support in developing and improving the processes and structures.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience of 2-5 years in bank statement posting & Bank reconciliation (preferably in a global or shared services environment).

Proficiency in SAP, especially in bank postings and FEBAN Transaction.

Strong understanding of payment types including Withholding tax payment posting, lockbox, wire transfers, and checks.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles related to Accounts Receivable and
