Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The individual in this role will oversee overall business operations, set strategic direction, and ensure the financial health and sustainable growth of the firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, supervising service delivery standards, and coordinating with UK and India teams to maintain consistent quality and compliance. The role involves leading and mentoring senior staff, reviewing performance metrics, making investment and resource allocation decisions, and driving process improvements across accounting and outsourcing services. The Owner will also represent the business in external meetings, partnerships, and industry events, promoting GI Outsourcing’s brand and service offerings.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and drive business growth.
• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or professional services, preferably within outsourcing, audit,



or compliance-focused environments.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills, with a focus on service quality and retention.
• Sound understanding of UK accounting practices, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency principles in an outsourced setup.
• Ability to manage cross-border operations, coordinate between international offices, and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using financial and operational data to inform business decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; qualified qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site leadership in Surat, with readiness to travel domestically or internationally as required for business needs.
