and maintain automated systems that support operational workflows and provide actionable insights into global network infrastructure.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks caused by manual processes, repetitive tasks, operational inefficiencies, and technical debt.

• Build and enhance telemetry, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve visibility into network performance and reliability.

• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code using CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development, and iterative software design practices.

• Support the deployment and operation of cloud-native and third-party software using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
