Role Description We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on expertise in both Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads for our interior design and turnkey projects.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, lead generation strategies,



campaign analytics, and conversion optimization.Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads Management
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop effective audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, locations, and buyer intent.
• Run lead generation, website conversion, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
• Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign objectives to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to achieve lower cost per qualified lead.

2. Google Ads Management
• Plan and manage Google Search, Display, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms relevant to interior design and turnkey interior services.
• Optimize bidding strategies, ad copies, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
