We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Provide end-to-end production support for business-critical applications, including monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, recovery and service validation.

• Participate in a 24x7 support model, including an agreed on-call or shift rota where required.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents,



user queries and service-impacting issues across application, middleware, database and infrastructure layers.

• Lead or support major incident and crisis calls, coordinating application, infrastructure, database, middleware, network, security and vendor teams.

• Maintain explicit ownership, action tracking, incident timelines, stakeholder communications and service restoration updates.

• Analyse application, system, Unix/Linux and middleware logs, monitoring data and system evidence to diagnose recurring, intermittent and performance-related issues.

• Support application restarts, batch recovery, job reruns, operational fixes, patching, vulnerability remediation and post-change health checks in line with approved procedures.

• Lead or contribute to Problem Management, Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions and preventative improvements.
