Role Description The Academic Manager – School Operations will oversee the academic implementation of Next Education solutions in partner schools in Ajmer, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and institutional goals. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating academic planning, monitoring classroom delivery quality, and supporting school leadership teams with data-driven insights on student performance and teaching effectiveness. The individual will collaborate with principals, teachers, and administrative staff to optimize timetables, assessment schedules, and resource utilization, and will conduct training and workshops to build educator capacity. The role includes regular review of academic processes, documentation of best practices, and proactive resolution of operational issues related to curriculum execution and technology-enabled learning. The Academic Manager will also report on key academic metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and school efficiency.
