Job SummaryAll About Labs is looking for qualified Radiologists and Pathologists to support its diagnostic services by ensuring accurate interpretation of diagnostic findings, timely reporting, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable medical and laboratory standards.
Key Responsibilities• Review, interpret, and report diagnostic findings within the scope of the candidate’s qualifications and specialization.
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely preparation and release of diagnostic reports.
• Correlate findings with clinical history and relevant medical information, wherever required.
• Identify critical or abnormal findings and communicate them promptly to the concerned clinicians.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper documentation and record management.




• Follow applicable medical regulations, standard operating procedures, and professional ethics.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve diagnostic queries.
• Support quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with applicable NABL and ISO 15189 requirements, wherever relevant.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and review of diagnostic processes, as applicable to the role.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Eligibility• For Radiologist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• For Pathologist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council.
• Relevant experience in diagnostic reporting and interpretation is preferred.
