• Process: International Chat Support (Non-Voice)
• Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)
• Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Shifts: Rotational shifts
• Weekly Offs: Rotational offs

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through chat and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain professional and explicit communication with international customers.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
