EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
CERTIFICATIONS
Relevant certification a plus (e.g., AIRS, HCI Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA), SHRM or similar)
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated project management coordination experience




• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering reports and analytics
• Experience with recruiting systems and hiring processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced Workday Recruiting skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to create mathematical computations in spreadsheets and convert to presentation level materials
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting from recruiting systems
• Excellent organization and people skills.
