ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for delivery of Category P&L;
● Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of
advertising, promotion and branding activities
● Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shifts in consumer preferences and pricing decisions pertaining to the category
● Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions
● Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for product categories.
● Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation
and maintaining the health of product portfolio
● Responsible for Recent Product Development, Launch and Project Management

o Stakeholder Management

1. Collaborate with platform teams, design, procurement and supply chain team towards product development
2. Collaborate with Sales Channel Heads and Regional Sales Managers to identify portfolio gaps and execute tactical interventions
