About your role:
At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As an Automation QA - Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure software applications meet functional,
performance and reliability standards while aligning with business goals and client needs.
What you'll do:
• Lead the design, development and implementation of automated test frameworks and test suites to support business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and technical test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
• Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for web, API and backend systems.
• Identify, document and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to support timely resolution.
• Maintain and improve existing automation codebases and participate in peer review processes.
• Mentor junior QA associates and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
