Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment management, relationship building, and collaboration across teams.
• Candidates should possess robust skills in communication, both written and verbal, and professional presentation.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in using recruitment tools, job portals, social media platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Understanding of fair hiring practices, confidentiality, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
