In your first year, you will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding. This role is crucial for ensuring billing accuracy, speeding up claims resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction across global markets. By managing these processes, you enable Flora Food Group to maintain strong financial health and deliver better food experiences through reliable and efficient operations. Your leadership will drive process improvements that support our commitment to quality and sustainability in every kitchen we serve.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, including Billing, Cash Application, Claims & Dispute Management, Collections, and Customer Account Management.

• Oversee daily transactional operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service level agreements and company policies.





• Coach and develop a team of Order-to-Cash professionals to meet operational and business goals.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer teams to resolve escalations and build robust partnerships.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Performance
You will own the delivery of key financial metrics such as reducing days sales outstanding and improving billing accuracy. Your data-driven approach will ensure faster claims resolution and higher productivity, directly impacting cash flow and operational excellence. By driving continuous improvement and leveraging SAP systems, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of Flora Food Group’s finance operations.
