Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, highly energetic Sales and Marketing Associate with a proven background in luxury fashion, premium apparel, accessories, and bridal couture.

In this role, you will bridge strategic brand marketing with high-ticket sales conversion. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue by acquiring ultra-high-net-worth clients, managing end-to-end luxury sales consultations,



and implementing marketing initiatives that embody Dhiya Couture’s philosophy of "quiet power."

Key Responsibilities

• High-Ticket Sales & Luxury Clienteling
• Client Acquisition: Proactively attract and engage UHNWIs, high-profile brides, royal families, and luxury collectors through targeted clienteling, network outreach, private trunk shows, and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Bridal & Couture Sales: Lead personalized luxury sales consultations for bespoke bridal wear, traditional Rajputi attire, and high-end accessories, telling compelling brand stories rooted in heirloom craftsmanship, Zardozi, and Gota Patti techniques.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate long-term relationships by maintaining an active client database, tracking personal preferences, key family events, and wedding calendars to maximize repeat business and referrals.
