Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Designer with a robust design sensibility and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Candidates with experience in apparel brands are mandatory. The role will focus on conceptualizing and designing innovative visual merchandising concepts, window displays, in-store displays, seasonal campaigns, and product launch presentations that strengthen brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design creative visual merchandising concepts aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
• Design innovative window displays, in-store displays, product presentations,



and seasonal campaign concepts.
• Develop creative themes and visual concepts for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Prepare detailed design layouts, technical drawings, 2D designs, and visual presentations using relevant design software.
• Translate creative ideas and brand guidelines into visually compelling design concepts.
• Create mood boards, design references, mock-ups, and visual representations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Buying, and Retail Design teams to develop cohesive visual merchandising concepts.
• Research current retail design trends, materials, display techniques, and industry innovations to introduce fresh ideas.
• Explore creative ways to enhance product visibility, store aesthetics, and customer engagement through visual merchandising.
• Maintain consistency in design language and visual identity across different retail
