Role Overview

We are looking for a agile, customer-focused, and results-driven Business Growth Associate / Technical Sales professional to drive business development, expand our customer base, and build strategic industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, technical sales, and account management, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets across EV, BESS, telecom power,



and clean energy markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Identify potential customers, evaluate market opportunities, and develop strategies to expand Xbattery’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable BMS, energy storage, and battery electronics solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations in coordination with the engineering team.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations.
