Role DescriptionNJK Pharma is looking for a proactive and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage pharmaceutical sales and business operations across the assigned territory in the Chennai region, with a focus on the Cardiology and Diabetology segments.
The candidate will be responsible for driving field sales, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from stockists, and managing the field sales team within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong professional relationships with cardiologists, diabetologists, general physicians, hospitals, clinics, stockists, and distributors to expand market presence and drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should have robust field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sound knowledge of the Chennai healthcare market, and the ability to lead a team, develop territories, monitor sales performance, and maintain healthy receivables.
Key Responsibilities• Field Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth, achieve assigned targets, and expand the company's presence across the assigned territory.
• Doctor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with cardiologists, diabetologists, general physicians, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Hospital & Institutional Business: Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Stockist Management & Collections: Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability, monitor outstanding payments, and achieve collection targets within agreed credit terms.
• Territory Management: Plan field visits, doctor coverage, stockist meetings, sales activities, and territory development initiatives.
