Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards and datasets.

• Build highly interactive and performance-optimized dashboards using CRMA dashboard components and JSON customization.

• Develop complex business logic and analytical queries using SAQL and SQL.

• Create, schedule, and optimize Data Syncs, Dataflows, and Recipes for effective data processing.Implement advanced data modeling, joins, and cogrouping techniques across multiple datasets.

• Ensure data security by configuring Security Predicates and Sharing Inheritance for row-level access control.





• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

• Optimize dashboard performance, query execution, and data pipeline efficiency.

• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.

• Manage CRMA data ingestion from Salesforce objects, ensuring accurate mapping of fields and data types.Troubleshoot dashboard, dataset, and dataflow issues while maintaining data quality and governance.Follow best practices for CRMA development, deployment, and performance tuning.

Your Profile

• Required 5-8 years of experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-level dashboards and data pipelines.

• Having experience in developing high-performance CRMA dashboards by customizing JSON structures, navigating CRMA’s unique architecture and limitations compared to tools like Tableau.
