As a Senior Associate in Enterprise & Functional Strategy you will support finance consulting engagements focused on finance function strategy, operating model design, and organizational design. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will help clients assess current finance structures, identify gaps in processes and roles, and develop practical recommendations that support transformation, change management,
and business performance.
As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while navigating shifting client needs and priorities. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to capital markets and deals support, CFO agenda shaping, digital and AI-first finance transformation, and operating model redesign while validating deliverables, interpreting feedback, and advancing your technical skills in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing finance function operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Designing target operating models, roles, and service delivery structures that align with client finance strategy
