Position: Test Lead- Cash management and Trade Finance Domain
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 3 Years in Test Lead)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead with strong expertise in Cash Management and Trade Finance domain to lead testing activities for banking projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA processes, team leadership, and banking domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA activities across the project lifecycle.
• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and testing processes.
• Mentor and guide QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and testing needs.
• Drive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and process improvements.




• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality governance activities.
• Provide status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 10+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance practices and processes.
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead / QA Lead.
✅ Solid domain expertise in Cash Management and Trade Finance.
✅ Experience working on UAE Banking Projects is mandatory/preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Management processes.
✅ Experience in test planning, test strategy creation, execution, and reporting.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
