About Bold & Beyond

Bold & Beyond is a unified brand communications house headquartered in Bengaluru, with offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad. We bring PR, branding, websites, influencer marketing, video and ad films, and social media under one roof, so a brand gets one joined-up team instead of five separate agencies.

In four years, we have worked with around 400 brands, mostly in hospitality, travel and tourism, lifestyle, tech, and education. We are 60+ people today, and the team has roughly doubled in size every year since we started.

Why this role, why now

Our next phase is to grow from around 60 people to 200, across more cities, more services, and larger clients. Growing at that pace needs more than informal ways of working. It needs a thoughtful people function that grows with us.

We are hiring our first Chief People Officer to build and own that function end to end: how we hire, organise, develop, pay, engage, and keep our people. You will set the direction, build the team and systems, and be accountable for the results.





Everything we create for our clients comes from our people. How they grow, how they are supported, and how much they enjoy their work shapes everything we do. This role makes sure Bold & Beyond remains a great place to build a career as we grow.

What you'll own

You will own the complete people function across seven key areas:

1. People strategy and organisation design
- Build the people plan that takes us from 60 to 200 people, and review it with the founders every quarter.
- Design the organisation for that scale: team structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and the leadership layer we will need.
- Plan headcount and people budgets with the founders and Finance, by team, office, and service line.

2. Talent acquisition
- Build a hiring process that can welcome well over 100 current colleagues in the next few years, while keeping the quality of our teams high.
