Location: Bangalore Office
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation, verification, and certification of contractor and vendor bills, including RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Quantity measurement, reconciliation, and validation based on project drawings and site records.
• Review and analysis of BOQs, rate analysis, and project billing documents.
• Coordination with project teams to ensure accurate billing and commercial compliance.
• Verification of quantities and bill certification through regular visits to project sites as required.
• Ensuring adherence to contract conditions, specifications, and approved project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 3–4 years of experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project billing.
• Strong understanding of:
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Rate Analysis
• Running Account (RA) Bills
• Final Bills




• Quantity Reconciliation
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.

• Solid analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity and bill verification.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction commercial processes and cost control practices.

Travel Requirement
The candidate should be willing to travel to project sites across all foundation locations for bill verification, quantity checks, and commercial review activities as required.
