We are looking for a commercially driven and creative Assistant Manager / Manager – Brand Partnerships to develop strategic brand relationships, drive revenue through content partnerships, and deliver compelling branded storytelling solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content sales or radio sales, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect brand objectives with engaging content opportunities.
This role requires a combination of business development, consultative selling, creative thinking, and relationship management to build successful partnerships with current and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and brands that can benefit from branded content and content integration opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.




• Pitch long-form and short-form content partnerships that align with client marketing objectives, brand identity, and target audiences.
• Present content integration solutions as effective ways for brands to engage consumers through relevant and compelling storytelling.
• Understand client requirements and translate brand objectives into creative, commercially viable content proposals.
• Conduct brand and market research to identify partnership opportunities and strengthen pitch strategies.
• Collaborate with internal creative and ideation teams to develop tailored concepts, presentations, and proposals.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal execution teams to complete deal formalities and facilitate smooth project handovers.
• Work closely with account management teams to ensure client commitments and deliverables are fulfilled
