About the role
Rippling recently launched Data Cloud, opening up a new opportunity to help customers understand and act on data across their business. By bringing together first-party, third-party, and customer-created data across HR, IT, finance, and external systems, Rippling can answer business questions that traditional analytics tools struggle to connect.
As Product Lead for Analytics, you will turn this extraordinary technical depth into easy, powerful products for enterprise and mid-market customers. You will own customer-facing analytics experiences and the shared capabilities that power analytics across Rippling—from intuitive reporting for business users to sophisticated analysis for advanced users.
This is a rare opportunity to define new AI-centric experiences beyond classic dashboards. You will build agentic experiences that help customers investigate questions, uncover insights, and proactively learn when meaningful events in their data need attention. AI will be the backbone of the features you ship—and a core part of how you build them.




Your core engineering team is based in India. You will work closely with engineering, design, AI, Data Catalog, and stakeholder teams across India and the USA to shape the product direction for a foundational part of Rippling’s Data Cloud and AI strategy.
What you’ll do
• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Analytics within Rippling’s Data Cloud.
• Define and build new experiences for how customers analyze data in the AI era, extending beyond classic reports and dashboards.
• Make sophisticated analysis intuitive for admins and business users while giving advanced users the depth and flexibility they need.
• Build agentic experiences that help customers investigate questions, explain trends, and proactively discover meaningful events in their data.
• Partner with your India-based engineering team and engineering, design, AI, Data Catalog, and product stakeholders across India and the USA to deliver
