Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) AV Sales to drive business growth in the General Trade (GT) channel across the Bangalore region. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer network, achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, and strengthening brand presence for premium audio-video products.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage the General Trade (GT) channel network across Bangalore and surrounding markets.
• Appoint new dealers/distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail counters.




• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and market trends.
• Execute promotional activities and brand campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and inventory planning with distributors.
• Provide product training and sales support to dealers and retailer staff.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting for management review.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business operations within the territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in AV, consumer electronics, premium audio/video, or allied industries.
• Solid understanding of General Trade (GT) sales operations and channel management.
