Role: Responsible Gambling
Experience : 0-1 years
Key Responsibilities:• Assess gambling-related risks, behavioral patterns, triggers, and signs of problem gambling.
• Develop and recommend responsible gambling strategies to minimize gambling-related harm.
• Identify at-risk players using clinical assessments and screening tools such as PGSI and SOGS.
• Provide guidance on harm-minimization practices, player protection measures, and intervention strategies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to help staff identify and respond to at-risk players.
• Support the implementation of player protection tools, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and behavioral alerts.
• Advise on responsible gambling policies, ethical practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to improve player safety measures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of responsible gambling initiatives and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements: • Experience in clinical psychology,



addiction treatment, behavioral disorders, or risk assessment.
• Knowledge of gambling addiction, responsible gambling practices, and harm-minimization strategies.
• Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and evidence-based intervention techniques.
• Understanding of psychological risk factors, behavioral patterns, and mental health concerns associated with gambling.
• Robust analytical, communication, and training skills.
• Experience in the casino, iGaming, or gambling industry is preferred.
• Candidates without direct iGaming experience may also be considered if they have relevant clinical expertise and a willingness to learn industry-specific regulations and practices.

• Educational Qualification: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a relevant field.
